Sameer Sahai Mathur is the founder and Principal Consultant of Careers In Care Group — a practitioner-leader with over 30 years of combined experience spanning pharmacy, vocational education, governance, compliance, and organisational capability.
Sameer brings a rare combination of frontline industry experience, regulatory expertise, and strategic leadership — supporting RTOs, CRICOS providers, and workforce capability organisations to build stronger, more defensible, and future-ready operational systems. His practice is defined by practical rigour, honest counsel, and an unwavering commitment to client outcomes.
