As a part of its expansion plans, CIC Consulting seeks to recruit Compliance Officer’s (2) with proven ability to work with teams under minimal supervision. Shortlisted candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the VET sector preferably in managing Compliance or as a Training Coordinator.
  • Awareness about SRTO2015 and ESOS National Code 2018 standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Previous work experience in managing Government Funding Contracts (preferable).

This CIC Client is a well-established CRICOS provider based in Melbourne CBD since past 12 years is seeking services of a livewire and dynamic Senior Admissions Officer with preferably 2 years of experience in a similar role in VET sector.

This position will directly report to the Admissions Manager and will engage actively in managing and leading the admissions team.

Skills and Knowledge requirements

Candidates applying for this position must have:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ similar experience in Australian VET sector.
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or a related field and experience in an international student recruitment and/or marketing role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of international student recruitment markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both with local and international stakeholders
  • Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and to work productively with strong organisational and time management skills and experience.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Good understanding of VET Quality Framework and National Code 2018.
  • Well versed with student admission process.

Job Summary

As an Senior Admissions Officer you will be involved in providing services related to:

  • managing admissions, deferment and cancellation enquiries.
  • assessing eligibility of prospective students for enrolments and issuing offer letters.
  • maintaining qualification issuance register
  • collecting fees from student and make appropriate entries.
  • following up with students for extensions.
  • generating CoE’s in PRISMS.
  • defer, suspend or cancel student enrolments.
  • participate in internal audits.
  • attend professional development sessions and maintain appropriate records.
  • consider relevant Workplace Health and Safety regulations, procedures and protocols for ensuring safe administrative work practices.

  • will be actively involved in conducting training and assessments in a range of environments including classroom and Kitchen.
